The Last Lecture
"Childhood Dreams"

What would you talk about if this is your last lecture and you are going to die of cancer shortly?

Watch this video of Dr. Randy Pausch.

Coaches, Athletes, Parents we can all learn from this video.

This video will make you think how fortunate we are.

You can do anything you set your mind to!

Congratulations to Our
Alberta Games Competitors.

The Calgary Aquabelles Tier 3 team can hold their heads very high.  They competed at the Zone 3 Trials of the Alberta Games.

They performed amazing and in the minds of
all Aquabelles they are a great success story.

This team with many swimmers being only in their 2 year of competitive Synchronized swimming were up against many athletes that were older and at higher tier levels.  It was a close competition and they can walk tall and should be proud of their accomplishment.

The Aquabelles qualified 2, Tier 3 Duets to represent Calgary's Zone 3 at the Alberta Winter Games.

Savannah Sami-Bacon and Andra Millage,
Valerie and Alex Titov

These Aquabelles Athletes will be heading to Leduc on Thursday February 14th to be part of this province wide 24 sport event.

This is a great honor for the girls to qualify in a field of swimmers that included all Tiers from Southern Alberta.

We are very proud of these girls and wish them the best of luck at this upcoming meet.
