Join us for the pre-season “Get in Shape” Camp, a Synchro High Aquatic Performance & Excellence Camp!

This sports clinic is partially funded by The Alberta Sport, Recreation, Parks & Wildlife Foundation.

All Tier athletes from across Canada are invited to participate in this extensive training program, which will include coaches for flexibility, core strength, swimming, weights, cardio, among others.

Specific experts will be coaching at the camp in the following areas:

• Strength and Conditioning
• Speed Swimming
• Flexibility Training

The camp takes place August 18-22, 2008 at the Talisman Centre.
